How it Works:
A Techno Hero staff member will review your problem and determine if remote support is the best outlet to resolve the problem.

Step 2: Look in your Downloads for Support- LogMeInRescue file.

 

Step 3: Click on the file

 

Step 4: Remote session will begin once technician accepts
